Who wants in? If we host a kid's "Intro to Weightlifting Camp", at the new Ultimate Fitness- Van, Texas, next week M-W for a few hours each day (around 10 am -noon) .... Any interest? Probably just $60 per kid for all 3 days. If we just get 5 kids, it'll happen and be great. Awesome opportunity! Let's have a BOULDER SHOULDER group workout this Saturday at 10 - 11 am at Ultimate Fitness in Van. I will guide you through my usual shoulder workout. You will learn how to work all areas of the shoulder to develop broad and rounded shoulders...and how to do it safely. I'm going to limit to just a 4 or 5 people so reserve a spot. Both men and women are welcome. $15

We have the largest selection of cardio, strength, rigs and selectorized equipment available including saunas, towels, cold towels and personnel showers , lockers and bathrooms for those with a busy schedule. The waiting area is completely set up for a relaxing environment for adults and children we have several huge 65” plus TVs throughout set up for your enjoyment along with free WIFI and satellite. Our Tanning is another perk under the same roof all level 4-5 lay down and stand up Beds that are always hot and ready. We also now have the Ultimate Nutrition shop and have all the tasty energy teas and smoothies for that pre and post workout or just to enjoy. Along with a variety of supplements and lifting accessories available in the office. Abby Wroten has her studio here she is offering spray tans and soon lash extensions and other beauty services. Ok whoever thinks it’s ok to bring in all the dirt and mud and use our benches to stand on and spread all over the gym floors this is a total disrespect to everyone.
