2020 has been a year hasn't it?

I've been MIA for a while but now I'm back!!! 🙂

I would like to call ATTENTION to the residence and employees of The Colony, Plano, Frisco, Carrollton, Lewisville Area.

I will be training out of the Ring of Hope boxing gym in The Colony a few days a week and would like to invite y'all to try out my total body, boxing centered workout class for free (boxing gloves required).

Ring of Hope is located on the north side of the 121 toll, across the highway from Nebraska Furniture Mart.

I'm currently taking on new clients for early mornings to mid-afternoons training sessions for private and small group classes.

In the midst of the coronavirus chaos I may have a solution to keep you working out while the gyms are currently in lockdown status.
I know that this lockdown of sorts has been issued as a precautionary measure for but, still has been frustrating for most.
